Our Residential Warranty:
Defogger’s Thermal-Glass Restorations is pleased to provide our customers with the peace of mind that comes with our comprehensive five year warranty.
Our warranty policy includes:
- A refund of the original purchase price if visible water or water droplets
remain inside the thermal glass unit after three failed attempts in our part
to dry and keep the thermal glass unit dry.
- A replacement thermal glass unit if breakage should occur during the service procedure (tempered glass units are excluded).
- Installation of a new micro-valve if water droplets appear inside the unit during the five year warranty period.

Defogger’s Thermal-Glass Restorations
Warranty Details:
- A refund of the original purchase price paid to Defogger’s for service
work performed on a particular thermal glass unit if visible water or
water droplets remain inside that thermal-glass unit after
three failed attempts in our part to dry and keep the thermal glass unit dry.
- A replacement thermal-glass unit if breakage should occur during the service procedure. (commercial and tempered glass units are excluded)
- Installation of a new micro-valve if water droplets appear inside the thermal-glass unit during the five year warranty period. The warranty period expires five years from the date on the Defogger’s invoice.
Proof of Warranty:
The customer must have a Defogger’s invoice dated within five years and the thermal-glass unit must have the original Defogger’s filter attached. The warranty is void if the filter has been removed or tampered with.
